Is she still shooting or did she go back to her post-porn life? Always hard to tell with Vivid because of how long they hold onto these scenes. I mean I'm pretty sure they still have some Heather Hunter, Jenteal and Dyanna Lauren movies sitting around in there unreleased. Hope if she did leave porn behind things work out better than the last time. I heard she took some time off (about two years) but that around the first of the year was back but as quickly as that was said she was said to be MIA yet again, somewhere deep in the heart of Texas. Other than those idle rumors I don't really know where she is.
I was a fan of Sunrise, too. Her girl/girl scene that I liked most was with Janine, in the shower, in Janine's return video "Maneater." Her b/g scene that did it for me is the one with Chris Cannon (or Eric Masterson, I always get them confused) from "Last Girl Standing" on the stairway. Sunrise's recent comeback seemed to me an attempt to have her mostly (exclusively?) work with her real life boyfriend. That may explain why she's MIA again. Porn companies, and many fans (not me), seem to see boyfriend-only work as unacceptable. So she may have walked away from the biz again for this reason. I also recall that the last time she was retired, she worked in real estate sales in Texas. Not likely that she is doing that now, given the collaspe of the US real estate and financial markets. Whatever she's doing, I wish her much success.
I don't know maybe that is exactly what she is doing because from what I heard she would use money she made in porn to buy super cheap property, fix it up and well ... what better time than now to get your hand on property well below value?
Yes, property is cheap, if you're about being a landlord. Which means you have to find reliable renters, pay yearly property taxes, and make repairs when things breakdown. But, if you business is buying and then re-selling property, you're probably not going to make money for the next year or two.
I could be wrong and I may be confusing her with another porn star but I'm almost sure that she was buying run down property in or around the small Texas town she was originally from, fixing it up and renting them out. I think she also had some investments in low rent type commercial property as well.

I hope you're right, Kelli. Because if Sunrise is being successful at the rental property thing, then she can make her decisions about performing free of financial stress. Which may explain why she isn't doing more scenes.
