What do you think the talent talk about after a rough, hardcore, degrading scene? For example I just recently watched all three days of Assylum ft Leah Winters and those were so pretty rough scenes. She got fucked up in them scenes now I enjoyed all of them I think she's great but part of me was like wow that must really hurt. Now no matter if she likes it or not I couldn't help but wonder how she felt mentally while getting rough fucked, eating ass, getting spanked getting her ass fucked etc. I wonder after the cameras stop roll what was the conversation like? Did she tell him that she felt he went too far at a certain point even though she went through with the scenes? Did she tell him maybe next time don't put things in this hole? Not just that scene but most rough scenes in porn I would like to know what the submissive one feels like after a rough scene like assylum? Where are they mentally after getting pretty much beat up. Now please don't GWT me wrong I love Dom/sub scenes and rough scenes at that. I just would love to be a fly on the wall and hear conversations after hardcore scenes like the example I gave.
I've wondered this too about sites like Assylum and Kink. They must have some sort of aftercare to help the model come down.
BTW - did you subscribe to Slave Mouth as well? Leah's scene there is great too. Dr. Mercies has built one of his signature contraptions that for clarity I'll call a rimming board:
Leah lies in it and has her neck restrained and has her legs tied. Then Dr. Mercies takes her face for a ride for part of the scene.
I'd like to think most of the conversation/communication is beforehand and during the shoot; the director periodically checking on the performers to make sure everyone is mentally OK.

Oh no I have not subscribed to slave mouth, but I need to. This looks so hot I can't wait until payday for me so I can see this. How long ago did this come out? How long is this scene?

Yeah but I also can't help but think if some of these model really might be pushing their limits despite how big their paycheck is because of the content. They might tell the director or other talent they are ok with how degrading and hardcore things are going. But then after its all said and done I wonder when they're by themselves I just mentally breakdown because of what they had done to them.
I reviewed a bunch of these Kink DVDs and most scenes have those after-conversations tagged on at the end.
The roughest and wildest scene was Bonnie Day's ordeal in Whipped Ass (2013) that was a first DVD in a series that also had scenes with Kirsten Price and Penny Pax.
That disc is highly recommended, others that I reviewed were better than most of the gonzo discs from that time.
It's called after care. If it is not provided, that site/that person is unethical and/or doesn't know what they're doing and you would be a better person for not watching it.
