So I'm not a big pee fan, so I generally don't go searching for pee and squirters titles, but I've been seeing more and more liquid in videos and it got me wondering what the legal status of pee is now-adays. Back in the old days, I always thought that Pee (along with simulated rape, fisting, and shit) was considered one of the big (prosecutable) no-no's in porn, but at some point that started to change. I guess the thing that changed first was solo pee becoming common. I remember seeing a bunch of solo pee in Hustler Barely Legal vids, which certainly were high profile enough to get busted if that was problematic. Then I remember seeing Max Hardcore "Euro versions" with pee being offered for sale in the USA. And then of course there is the whole squirters phenomenon. Although squirting may be a real phenomenon for some women, there is no denying that squirting has been used as a cover to basic open up the door to all types of female pee in movies. Recently a bunch of the previews for Belladonna's evil angel vids contained a lot of peeing (mainly in girl on girl scenes) where there was definite peeing on one another by the girls. So it got me thinking, what is the current legal status of Pee? My guess is that (1) female solo peeing is fine (cause its not sexual?), (2) because of squirting, female peeing, even if its on other people, has become perfectly acceptable so long as one could plausibly claim that it was natural "squirting," and (3) male pee, especially into girl's mouths (max hardcore style) is still a bit of a no-no, but if you distribute it over the net or if some of your "euro versions" get sent out in the USA, nobody is going to say much of anything.

Is that a correct take on the current (unspoken?) legal consensus? Also, as pee starts to make its way into the mainstream, which (if any?) of the other no no's do you think will be the next one evolve into the mainstream in the same way as squirting? (1) rough sex with some sort of bondage element, (2) fisting, (3) no enema and/or dirty anal (or (4) solo shitting? not that I think that would have a big fan-base) ?

All porn is prosecutable, so it isn't so much the legal status of pee changing as it is the priority of prosecutors.

As for squirting being pee, there's probably enough doubt and confusion in the available literature that it isn't as attractive a target as something like scat. However, bear in mind that, at least for the feds, successful prosecution isn't necessary to take down a lot of operators. Thanks to their abuse of RICO they can seize a defendant's assets and make a successful defense extremely difficult, if not impossible.

Eggs-actly right!

RICO gives enforcement teeth....If you stick to ADULT SEX on film you won't get bit....it's the "bum fights" shit, Rape/abuse, child molestation scenes/scenarios, bestiality/scat/piss/puke/blood, that's going to get you into trouble...and in my opinion you should at least get a good ass-kicking by your peers for producing such shit and getting everyone pinched.

Thanks for these posts, though they don't really address my underlying question. Do you agree that pee is becoming more common? And if so, what accounts for this?

Desperation. There are so many porn companies vying for your porn dollar that they will go to any lengths to capture your attention. Peeing disguised as squirting is just another attention grabber.

Quality then suffers because they only concentrate on the peeing and not bother with trying to improve on the rest of the action. If I see a video cover that advertises specifically the squirting abilities of the actresses, then it's going to be a crappy video.

Actually, it's more likely they chose to disguise it as "squirting" to beat the censors, who apparently don't have much to do, since they're always worrying about other people's viewing habits.

I'd say the status remains unchanged. Because the Government can't or rather wont bother coming to a scientific conclusion as to wether its piss or acutally a squirt, everything remains at a standstill. Plus the Government also makes tons, of money off of the porn industry every year. In a time of war, this country needs all the income resources it can get. So trying to slow down production or shut tons of porn companies down because of piss or no piss would be stupid. But as of now it is still illegal as far as I know. I'm pretty sure you won't see any "peeing on people in porn is legal" headlines on CNN anytime soon.

Peeing seems to be more and more common, not even just squirting. Has anyone been prsecuted recently about this?

Why to wait at all for status to change?
Internet sites are making quality porn with everything a regular porn company is afraid to do.
