| Irked New Member 1 Posts 10/04 |  Posted - Oct 1 2004 : 3:27AMAfter looking on the Utah legal site: It appears that it is legal to own Adult DVDs. Why is it so hard to get them shipped here? I just spent 3 hours browsing through the movie selection on OverstockDVD since it did not list Utah as a restricted area. It just listed Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Even the shipping page listed Utah, so I had entered my CC card information. Is it legal for any company to ship here? Are they afraid to due to Utah's conservative-ness? If it is legal, are there any that have good prices? Some that looked like they would ship to Utah appeared to cost almost 2x as much as the others. Thanks, Irked [Link] |
