I've been asking the same question myself for some time now. I'm afraid that she's either become content with providing us with (maybe) three new scenes a year or has completely dropped off the face of the map. I hope not!

I'll happily stick by my guns in claiming Avy as having the most perfect female body that I've ever seen. Her performances are usually off the chart as well. So long as her scene doesn't include her usual scripted performance with her boyfriend "Anthony", it's great.

I've seen years of adult video going way, way back to Ginger Lynn and even Mrs. Chambers, and I can honestly say that nobody approaches Avy in perfection, heat, pure energy, call it what you will. Her scene with Mandingo in Big Black Beast remains the greatest scene that I've ever been lucky enough to witness.

I hope she comes back. I hope she finds the time to return to this quiet little website and return conversation with her real fans. She used to long ago, but has been silent for far too long.

Should she choose to make a return, let's hope she leaves Anthony at hame and walks into a room with Justin Slayer behind the camera, and Mandingo at the ready.

I second your remarks whole hearted ly! You put it exactly right on your post. The only thing to add is I heard that she uses Anthony for non-condom work. That gets her around her "condom only" deal she has. Since most of the big $ studio's
don't allow condoms, that's her answer to that problem.

In my mind if it wasn't for that arrangement, we would never have seen her blistering, ass-pounding in Big Wet Asses 9 this past year. So i say bring in Anthony if it means Avy gets some dick and we can see her doing what she does best.

Even if she's working behind the scenes at least we know she 's still in the industry. Today I don't even know if that's true?

I'm aware of her "condom only" stance, but for some reason, she seems to have left that little detail out of the equation when she filmed Blondes Eat More Cum (or whatever it was called, maybe Bet Your Ass 4...) In the film I'm getting at, she shared her scene with a Latino dude who started speaking some sort of Spanish (I think) dialect when he started plowing her rear end. I recall the impression that she barely seemed to feel it!

Truth be told, I don't really care if her male counterpart is latex-wrapped or not. I'm not looking at the dude so much... I'm watching Avy.

Again, I second the compliments you pay to Avy 110%. But, as I understand it, she said she let down her guard on the condom only thing when she was on a tare there for a while back in 2005 or so, and started doing anal scenes too. She said she was breaking every rule she had for herself. (Well, not EVERY rule...) Then the AIDS scare happened and she got freaked out by it. I am pretty sure she had just shot the anal scene w/ Mandingo when it happened. She disappeared from the scene for a while and thought things over in Miami.

When she came back she had the deal w/ Anthony worked out for non condom work and picked back up with the other work.

She returned w/ the new body look then. I must say you are the only person I have read that commented that she looked a little to skinny, and her perfect tits are deflated a bit. I too am aware of her (most) recent excursion with the North franchise, but have neither seen nor heard much in terms of news, pending releases, or otherwise.
To be honest, as a true fan of Avy's, maybe she’d simply reached that certain level of success in which she’s able to retire at a very early age, buy a nice home next to some tranquil mist-shrouded lake somewhere, and enjoy the birds chirping in the morning over a nice warm cup of cocoa.

Somehow, I doubt it, though. This is a tough, tough world today.

Who can say, given the absence of her input in any form. She hasn’t written here, her Yahoo webgroup, nor her paysite. I purchased a membership to her paysite about a month ago and almost immediately cancelled it, given that it hadn’t been updated since 2004 if I recall. Whatever the date, the content was extremely outdated (read: stale.)

Truth be told, in order to be successful in this industry and make a real mark for yourself, you need to be active. Yes, Avy is (was?) probably the most beautiful star out there. When her releases hit the shelves/sites, they were big news and people talked. It seems that all I can locate of her as of late are the usual compilation/rerun DVD’s.

In terms of “making a mark”, Avy accomplished this feat out of sheer beauty, a previously perfect female body, and great energy. The last female pornstar to do this, in my humble opinion, was the long-since retired and absolutely stunning Dina Jewel/Nanna Gibson.

The trouble is, in this day of “instant gratification”, fast internet speeds, and sensory overload, we seem to need the best, the freshest, that most shocking and/or the most intriguing in order to be satisfied. Avy Scott didn’t need to be shocking, or outrageous. She simply needed to be herself, and to perform. Her mere presence was more than enough… at least for me.

All in all, given that she seems to be either gone, retired or simply withholding herself for some yet-unmentioned bombshell release, we’re left grasping at unreachable virtual straws. We’re reduced to speculation, hope, and desire. We can only hope for her magical return to what she does best…
