I generally avoid lesbian movies and scenes but the ones I do come across always feature kissing that's too brief or phony "porno kissing". And in regards to the thread topic, I can understand why a porn star might not like kissing on camera. Some of them probably like to put aside one thing that's intimate that they can share exclusively with their significant others. If that's what they need to make the mental separation between love and sex that allows them to fuck like a pro in front of the camera, then by all means... [Link]

There have always been pornstars that don't like to or refuse to kiss onscreen. IMO though, there seems to be way more actually into it than against it. At the very least, cut it out during editing. Nothing reminds me faster that these people are working than seeing something like that. I like to see people having fun with each other, and the turn away ruins the scene. A quick conversation before the shoot would solve a lot... "hey, I have a thing about kissing". Problem avoided.
