I will say that I think Max should star in the next Joey Silvera Stap Attack installment.  Anyways, my understanding is that Max was busted when the Feds ordered some of his 'Euro' versions, featuring pissing and fisting and (maybe) vomiting, from his website for delivery to Florida. Oh, and this is good for a laugh, quoted from the avn story: Paul Little (aka Max Hardcore): "If indicted, I will fight to protect my liberty, as well as the liberty of consenting adults to watch other adults engage in lawful, consensual, pleasurable sexual action."  PLEASURABLE? If that is the line Max is going to take in court I think he is up shit creek once they get a look at his videos. Honestly most of time he seems more frustrated about his limp dick than horny. (And please let's skip the self-righteous lectures about masochists, even if a few of the girls enjoy the treatment, they are clearly instructed to act otherwise) Now I'm no lawyer, but my understanding is that it is illegal to tranport 'obscene' material across state lines; so that is what the Feds have on him. Unless he manages to get off on a technicality like JM producitons it should be interesting to see what 12 ordinary americans make of Max's poorly shot schtick. I'm all in favour of consenting adults doing what they like but I don't think piss or vomit will probably play too well in the Florida where the state motto is actually 'In God We Trust.'
