I know this may sound like an odd question but what is the deal with xxxporntalk ? I have only ever posted over there a few times but when I do the posters seem to be generally unpleasant or rude to me.
I don't get it ? Although I don't post all the time I actually love talking to people on the forums, I just don't get the mentality over there.

You know those kids in high school? The ones that seemed to spend most of their time overtly TRYING to "be different?" The ones who would wear military gear, all black, claimed apathy about just about everything but their own goals and showed absolute disdain for everyone around them by voicing outrageous opinions on any topic that came their way? They tried so hard to "be different" and ended up just looking like anti-social misfits when just being normal would, in fact, make them different enough to matter.
Well, guess what....they all ended up over there. See, there's a place for everyone on this planet.

Nevermind those blokes on XPT, Layla. I visit that site from time to time just for a cheap laugh. It seems that Holly Randall and Brandon Iron are the only people posting regularly there without a hateful axe to grind oe some deep-seated frustration to express. Just one man's opinion. With a few exceptions, you'll find the individuals who cross post there and on ADT to be a bit more civilized and appreciative of your unique talents.

My last post in that thread was tongue in cheek. Reading it over again, I still think it's funny.
Basically, here's what happened:
-Layla posts, shilling a chat. That's fine...
-Someone else made a comment about her post rate of .6 posts/mnth over three years. That's not really out of line
-Layla says her main hangout is another forum, and insults the poster by calling him smug and disparaging the forum
-I check the site she referenced, and note she doesn't post much there either. Then I welcome her
-She busts on me
-I responded

I'm sure there have been other times when people were rude to her there. And the advertisements just reek of friendliness to porn talent.
Layla, if I were in your shoes I would not be promoting your chats there. Read their chat transcripts and I think you will come to the same conclusion.
