Will digital ever get so good you can zoom in without loss of quality? And why don't they have lights on their cameras anymore? The lighting is so bad most of the time. And if they fuck too fast, quality is lost in images. Will this get better?

Some of the things you mention are determined by the video encoding and processing aspects, in order to make the video file smaller. This affects such parameters as easier/faster/cheaper/better internet storage costs, transmission speed, download time, streaming playback quality, etc. It will get "better" when everyone has a super-fast internet connection speed and super-powerful graphics computers; and the video producers have super-cheap storage costs and super-cheap transmission costs. The continued popularity of tubesites (most of which have crappy quality) kinda proves that superb quality is not so important to many (most?) viewers though, so I can't really blame the producers if they go cheap and cut corners in some areas such as video quality.
