I own a Nikon Coolpix 4500 and I cannot find a 120-230 volt plug adaptor for my battery charger. Nikon does not sell this type of adaptor. I have a universal charger but I need this type of plug. Then try these sites: If you don't need a grounded adapter (if the stuff you will be plugging in doesn't have a 3 prong plug), you can use this one from &H photo (which is a very well respected camera store in NY) or J&R Music J&R also has a grounded version I've bought from J&R in the past and have no problems. The shopping experience at this chain is horrid (I always feel as though I need to shower afterward), but I do know that travel power kits are sold there. If you click on the "more info" on his link, it will bring up the detail page for his adapter. At the bottom of that page, there is a "recommended product" of a "Travel Electrical Adapter Set" that appears to just be a variety of different plugs that can be connected to the charger. It says that it is compatible with the charger to which he linked. The problem is that adapter set doesn't include an Australian plug. [Link] |

I guess I never thought they would carry those types of accessories. Anyway, it looks like I will have plenty of time to look for an adaptor.
