A while ago i stumbled upon a pirated megapack of Brazzers remastered 1080p scenes ranging from april 2009 to december 2009. As i'm not into pirated material, i ignored it and instead got a membership at Brazzers. But to my surprise none of these scenes were available there. They only offered these scenes in 480p or lower.
Have Brazzers remastered a bunch of scenes sometime and then removed it, and why on earth would they do this? If they have made old material available in full HD, why won't they let their members have them?
Or you do need some extra premium membership for remastered material on the site?

^I'm not aware that Brazzer remastered their older content but they did convert them all to MP4. Are you sure the content you saw on that pirate site belonged to Brazzer and not one of their other sites?

I think I read somewhere that brazzers lost (data loss-no backup) a lot/all of their older wmv content from 2008-2010'ish scenes?
I am also interested in this and have a brazzers membership. Their support is useless.

^^^ Are you sure these were scenes that are still available on Brazzers at all? Complaints about Brazzers removing scenes have been plentiful over the years, but I don't recall ever seeing anyone commenting that 1080p versions have been removed selectively, and I'd expect that to be the kind of thing somebody would have noted before, to be honest.
I'm pretty sure the WMV versions were removed intentionally because it's an outdated format, and replaced by MP4 files where they didn't already exist; the same has happened on other MindGeek properties such as Reality Kings. On Brazzers they also remastered old MP4 SD files from 768x432 to 854x480 around the same time.

Who says the description of that megapack was correct? It might be just added to get people to download it.
