To try and put this conversation on a more serious note, the average rectum is about 4.7 inches long. anus is about1-2 inches. after that, it takes a hard turn to the sigmoid colon. I don't think the penis can penetrate that, but im not sure. Anyone have any ideas? I'm legitimately curious about this

It can and does enter the sigmoid colon. In most anatomy text books it appears to take a sudden 90 degree turn to the left, however it is mobile and can be penetrated. Though inserting hard unyielding objects like plastic dildos run the risk of intestinal perforation.

Perforation is the actual tearing of the intestinal wall leading to the presence of a communication between the inside of the intestine and the abdominal cavity. it can be due to trauma, malignancy etc. Not all deep penetrations lead to perforation, as it depends on the size, shape and the amount of force used on insertion of the object.
