I'm aware that in the UK you CAN'T own movies or import them if they contain bondage, animals, urination ON people, fisting, rape (even simulated) or anything underage. I also heard that in Germany you can't mail order porn unless you are a business. I realize porn is probably illegal in some middle eastern countries. Is porn really illegal in Indonesia? I'm pretty sure it is in Hong Kong. The hardcore variety. Is it the same in maybe South Korea? I've traded with a friend in Italy and the stuff I sent him was seized. We stopped trading because of this and I'm guessing bukkake is not allowed there. Is that true? Nothing I sent was all that bad. The problem arises when you use the court definition of artistic merit, which is often used as a 1st amendment defense; by calling it pornography, it is defined as entertainment for sexual stimulation, which may or may not be artistic (simply going on semantics.) Thank God the courts have not made us stick to our artistic guns, or all porn would be Eon McKai. [Link] |
