| Hobby New Member 5 Posts 8/13 | Apologies jumping into what may seem like an age old topic, but I've lurked here long enough and read quite a number of threads of the subject of 'rough sex'. As with the many discussions and the more commonly themed porn now (bar some more interesting styles, i.e. Manuel Ferrari) I really enjoy watching rough sex and have always thought I tended to the more extreme stuff. Every now and then I wince a bit and bar the now well known Cody Lane scene I cope with it all. That was until I watched a scene from a what seems to have been a fairly young and newer Spanish outfit CumExtreme who claim to be providing "more than rough sex". The scene I watched and has been mentioned, but not discussed, involved a British girl Billy Jo who quite literally has the shit beaten out of her. She spends most of the scene sobbing and to me was just too real. In fact, I was rather disturbed by it as the male performer is huge in person and from other scenes is rather aggressive. However, with this extreme site he takes advantage of this scene and it's not sex at points - he looks like he just enjoys f**king her up. At one point, it's almost as if he's about to break her back and she really screams in pain. Fortunately, he stops and there's cuts so I'm wondering if she really was suffering. Now, I know there's a brief interview at the end where she seems fine, but let's be honest, that means nothing and I've read and seen enough to know that finishing a job and getting of there is primary sometimes to kicking up a fuss. It was her last and final scene with not just them, but the industry from what I can tell and it's really bothered me that maybe it WAS too much. Did she suffer any injuries? Was this guy a complete and utter c**t? Or maybe I'm still just naive or care too much. I'm not interested in any trolling, but it's a heart felt question from a scene that was just too much for me. I'm hoping for some responses from performers and others who work in the industry to set my mind at ease that hopefully she's ok. Hobby ps. Apologies for another rough sex topic. It's hard not to stumble across something difficult to watch as most, if not all, scenes contain a rough element to them. The face gag and the slapping is seemingly pedestrian to porn - almost like the way anal is standard now. However, as porn evolves we are seeing more and more girls being pushed beyond their limits. I recently watched a scene and it appeared to be some new young fresh German girl being interviewed before her first gangbang and it became very aggressive very quickly. The point at which I had to wince and stop was where one of the males began suffocating here face from behind and she began flailing her arms around. Eventually he stopped and she was flung on to the sofa whilst screaming and writhing around trying to get free. The problem with safe words is very often I can imagine it's hard to say it if you're shocked, short of breath, or panicking. If someone is in the midst of being beaten up or raped maybe it's not always easy to say 'Stop'. Which is my other thought, isn't some of these scenes effectively "legalised rape"? The knowledge of fines, lack of payment, not being able to find work, and bullying the only reason they may continue (after a short break, pressurised conversation, etc)? Financial burdens can make people do almost anything. In many ways, porn is no different to the abuses, bullying, and pressures that most industries experience, but the realities of how this manifests itself in porn seems pretty f**ked up to me. I'm sure a lot of the people involved are f**ked in the head and would be/could be rapists with serious aggression issues. However, this is a style of porn that everyone (even myself to an extent) enjoy but controlling it seems a nightmare. I know and I've read here that many girls love rough sex. I've no issue with that as I've seen many really rough scenes and it's clear the girl is fine with it and often enjoying it. However, as the industry is huge and un-moderated I've also seen far too many scenes where it's clear everything is wrong - let's not pretend this is a uniquely squeaky clean industry. We've heard things are fine we've also read on this forum examples of wrong (facial abuse). I've also seen documentaries where (with filming) we can see how rough it gets followed by verbal abuse / persuasion. The problem I have now is once I see a scene that is too much I get so angry I want to track the individuals down and f**k their lives up. I want to break their spines and show the scenes to their friends and family, but I also have to try and rationalise it as well. This is why I'm here. Money troubles? Really? These are instances in someone else's life that you will never understand. Your job as a porn viewer is to enjoy a product and be a consumer. I'm pretty sure these women are just fine with out your worry and may want to further their porn careers or just retire all together (they are allowed to you know) So enjoy your porn, open your mind, and don't be afraid... |
| Hobby New Member 5 Posts 8/13 | In terms of my last comment and it's violent nature, bear in mind the context of it. I am here to rationalise that emotion exactly as I said following it. My point there is essentially about my reaction to how we mistreat others. Once again, context - the mistreatment being unwelcome and not wanted or beyond expectations. Bullying and abuse. I do agree with you to an extent, but what I am also saying is that some scenes are questionable in terms of safe word and the "simulation" and that is difficult for some of us to accept. We all have varying levels with what will shock and over time we have become de-sensitised as porn has become rougher and more aggressive, but still there will eventually be a point where the topic will surely absolutely in question and reach mainstream media. In fact, it already is beginning to be referenced. Also, women do suffer physical injuries. A well known mainstream journalist who tracked weird and interesting topics ventured into the adult industry several times was interviewing a number of well known and lesser known performers. One of the females said, she had just suffered anal tearing, but that's just the way it is. I'm sure not everyone is that blasé about that. With regards to your comment about why should I be concerned? Very simple. I care about how we treat others. My role as a consumer and viewer is key as we drive this industry and what we want will dictate what the adult film industry will deem they can do and get away with. If I watch a man beating a child in the street to work all night and day to produce some clothing for me then I will not only refuse to buy it but I will want to help that child. Not just through legal process but physically. Would you not stop a man beating a child in public? I agree with you where it's managed correctly and as per all the performer's expectations, but any form of real abuse or bullying no matter if it's the minority is wrong. Saying 'it's not my problem' doesn't do anyone any good. More often than not, it will be your problem at some point. | Hobby New Member 5 Posts 8/13 | If I was trying to undermine this I wouldn't be here saying I enjoy it. I am on a forum for people who enjoy this 'craft' and want to discuss it with likeminded people. The whole reason I am discussing this is because I care about the performers and their health/safety. Being ignorant to any form of abuse and bullying within this industry, which I believe we both care about, is just as bad as rape and abuse because we pretending it's not happening. My example above was about not turning a blind eye to something we can try and prevent. Playing the hazard card as well is not helpful because this only adds to that ignorance. This isn't some extreme sport where people choose to take that risk that no-one but themselves can be blamed for. If someone is being abused then it's because of another person or people mistreating the other. You ask ANY of the performers whether they think abuse is a hazard we should choose to overlook and I'm sure they will think you're mad. I remember one performer on here saying that after her horrendous experience at the hands of one well known site that no-one should every have to go through that. And that's my point. No-one should get abused at all. Working on stamping this out will only prove the maturity of this industry and give it backbone when facing the media. I'm no different to anyone else in this world who only wants to help and improve the conditions within an industry I am supporting. This isn't shining morality. This is constructive. Using videogames as a scapegoat for something that predates it. Same with this type of porn. Worry about the REAL rape and abuse going on instead of other people's fantasies. Must we downgrade our intellect to dissect the difference between reality and fantasy? Edited by - Mutantmo on 1/31/2014 3:24:24 AM |
| Hobby New Member 5 Posts 8/13 | I came here because I found a few scenes difficult wanting to discuss what how I felt and my worries. You are now jumping up and down practically saying, 'You hate porn. You hate porn. You don't know anything'. You're responses are now antagonistic and angry whilst taking points out of context. I didn't threaten anyone - I was making a point which you miss again and again and instead you wave it in the air as if I am criminal. At least I have the confidence and honesty to say I wasn't comfortable with my emotion and can we talk about what I saw? Isn't this a forum and isn't this what it is for? I know I'm not the only porn lover here (rough sex porn at that) who cares enough to discuss problems in the industry. I've seen it time and time again on this very forum. If you don't want to or cannot be constructive about this and intelligent enough to understand that then I suggest you stop responding and find someone else to scream blue murder at. Take out the misunderstandings and irrational target attacks and I actually like what you are saying. The comments you make in-between form the discussion I like. Think about it before you once again leap to the defence of an industry I am NOT attacking.
