The last trailer I found for her was Titty Creampies by Evil Angel, it's pretty recent too.
Between you me and the lamp-post after reading/hearing interviews with her I think she is a bit of a party animal (alcohol at least) and that may have caught up with her in regard to ability to perform.
An example of this is in the behind the scenes of Bra Busters, she talks about her first on screen anal in Anal Integrity and says that she was so wasted the night before she nearly missed the shoot. She was so hung over she had to drink a lot of coffee prior to the shoot to wake herself up. Needless to say she mentions the scene got a bit messy....
