I would like to purchase many titles from the 80s-90s but I have not found an online dealer who is accepting PayPal payments!!! I do not have a credit card at this time.

That is because the lords of Ebay (owner of Paypal) does not allow it.

Have you considered purchasing a pre-paid Visa card? A lot of shopping malls will sell them to you for about $2.
