| sdc Member 236 Posts 4/03 | Posted - Dec 11 2004 : 3:39PM With regards to specific movie recommendations, you can't really go wrong with The Opening Of Misty Beethoven or Through The Looking Glass , although the latter is a warped arthouse/horror movie hybrid as much as it is a sex film. I'd also suggest The Ecstasy Girls , a wonderful Robert McCallum movie which features Gillis, Leslie and Paul Thomas. A couple of lesser movies that are still well worth a look are 800 Fantasy Lane , an engaging comedy with some memorable dream sequences, and Alex DeRenzy's BabyFace 2 , a movie dominated by Gillis despite the fact he doesn't appear until around the half-way point. I should also mention Pretty Peaches 2 , which is particularly notable in this context because it features our man in full drag. Finally, and this may or may not appeal because the passing of the years is clearly in evidence, you could try Paul Thomas' fabulous Bobby Sox - probably Gillis' last great role to date (and, curiously, he again appears in drag!).
