Extras normally aren't credited, Gattman. The porn stars we're mentioning all appear in the cast lists, even though their names vary. Most of the info can be found at IMDB.com.
I re-read the thread carefully, and I think no one mentioned Veronica Hart as the judge in Boogie Nights, a speaking role and a great, symbolic cameo. Not moviez and maybe not even mainstream, but Nikki Tyler once played 7 of 9's mom in a Trek episode.

I watched the George Hamilton movie Love At First Bite again recently (when it aired on UK t.v.) and was surprised to see an appearance by the late, great Jack Baker. He plays a thug who pulls a knife on Count Dracula(Hamilton) as he walks through the dangerous streets of New York. IMDB lists several other mainstream movie and t.v.appearances by Baker, including Happy Days and Mission Impossible.
Although it isn't exactly mainstream, R.Bolla(Robert Kerman) played the lead role in Cannibal Holocaust. More recently, he made a brief appearance in Sam Raimi's Spiderman.
I must say, Veronica Hart was superb in Boogie Nights. When I first saw the movie, I left the cinema without knowing which role she played. Veronica's performance was so totally convincing, I didn't even recognize her.
Nicole Sheridan was on an episode of Blind Date. She ended up oil wrestling her date at the end of the episode. I guess it was before she met Voodoo. There have been other pornstars on that show, but they usually aren't very prominent ones.
Cheyenne Silver was on an Cinemax's Passion Cove this evening. This series seems to use a lot of porn stars. I have seen Rayveness, Dee, Keri Windsor, and Gina Ryder on it as well.
