Just for fun: Who did the most porn scenes from the porn stars? I've played a bit with the IAFD and found these candidates: Male: Peter North 1524 titles, Joey Silvera 1195 Little surprise to me: Rocco Sifredi did "only" 290 movies.

Try Tom Byron on the iafd.
In Europe,there is the rather unbelievable story of Jean-Pierre Armand. (Do a search on this site, you ought to find an old post of mine about his auto biography).
If David Perry continues to work in porn for another 5 years or so, he has a chance to overtake Tom Byron.
p.s.: Are any of Rocco's early European titles included on the IAFD?

It's probably Tom Byron who was active for 20 years and has 2062 titles listed. You also have to consider the fact that there are a lot of films where these guys have done multiple scenes and that would inflate those numbers drastically, especially in the case of Byron and North who had or have whole video lines devoted to themselves. Rocco's numbers would be more impressive with that criteria in mind.
So the male question seems to be solved (with Jean-Pierre Armand as the winner and Tom Byron as runner up). I don't know the winner though. ;-) 42 titles of him listed at the iafd - cool.
Hasn't shot anything new since he took a break but James Deen has almost 4000 credits so among guys it might be him.
As someone else already said however some DVD titles might contain multiple scenes a performer worked on but only count as 1 credit and if you want to get very precise some DVDs are compilations so they probably shouldn't count as they're just stat padding older content that was previously released already.
iafd is very thorough but not everything is there; a girl I really like for example only had 400ish credits but after I helped submit some stuff she's in the 600s now.
Also worth noting that amateur/homemade content like ManyVids and Clips4sale are eligible so depending on the performer they might have tons more credits that could be added.
The database seems to try and prevent duplicates with AKA title names but they can still occur whether it's a studio lazily reuploading content elsewhere under a different name or maybe an amateur scene that multiple performers released a copy of.
Overall I do think the staff should consider making a most prolific list for men & women since there are fans interested in who the top 10 all-time or currently active might be. Even if not 100% complete you would still get a general sense of who is near the very top.

Respect to Sharon Kane, back in her day, there was no streaming or independent sites, that work has to be predicated on actual film roles for the most part.
A bit of an update to the most prolific list. This was taken from iafd in last two weeks. The ladies show. Scenes. Male talent partners and years of filming . India is still the most prolific filmed so far but note Abella and Jane may well overtake if they stay in the business .
Does anyone know how to generate these data easily from iafd. This is from looking at each lady but maybe there are Others ?
