^Your question is somewhat vague so hopefully my answers help. I don't know if you are thinking of porn movies that are edited in such a way as to avoid showing the BJ and penetration shots than I'm sure they exist but why would anyone want to watch those? It would be like buying a bag of sugar so that you can dilute it so that you can barely taste the sugar. Now if you are thinking about actual mainstream movies that just happen to have simulated(or not) sex scenes than there is a huge list of them. I'm including a wiki link that gives you some of them. Now the wiki page refers to unsimulated sex scenes in movies but I notice that you don't see movies with lesbian scenes/themes which is a sort of double standard. If you are into lesbian sex scenes than I recommend you Google the request and you will be well served in your results. I think lesbian scenes is the one place where mainstream directors get away with murder because there is often very little softcore stuff.

Most of the movies from Tinto Brass show everything but stop just short of showing real actual penetration (although there has been real penetration briefly shown in his movies). If you don't mind movies from the 70s there are lots of movies from SOMETHING WIERD VIDEO that show simulated sex so close to actual sex I wonder how the guys were able to not get an erection (and in some cases they did). And in some cases they were actually having sex but it was edited out. There was also the Russ Meyer stuff. If you're interested I could name a few.
The best of these type of movies were made in the 70s and early 80s and weren't mainstream stuff. The mainstream "Skinemax" stuff of recent years (2000s) doesn't really show that much even though they star actual pornstars. Plus, it tends to be mostly the same pornstars over and over. I tend to like the stuff like THE HOUSE ON HOOTER HILL, BREASTFORD WIVES, LUST CONNECTION, BUSTY CHEERLEADERS VS LUSTY CO-EDS, etc....Anything with Glori-Ann Gilbert, Julie K. Smith, Julie Strain, and a few other girls whose names I forget.
I'm a fan of these type of movies and often find them more hot than porn with real penetration. Sometimes it's sexier to not see everything.

^I think the appeal of these movies is that since the producers can't show hardcore content than they have to rely on showing more intense foreplay with passionate kissing and touching. That's something that we have lost in most porn movies. The concept of foreplay for most porn director involves a naked girl giving a BJ to an already hard guy and strangely enough this sometimes happens after they have started to have sex.[Link] |

One of the strangest things to me about sex in some mainstream movies is that the simulated sex in them actually looks more real than the real happening in a porn movie. The sex in porn is so slick and choreographed with the fake moans that even though it's obviously real sex it doesn't look as real as the simulated sex in some Hollywood movies.[Link] |
