I only know of three:

Jenna Jameson's "The Massuese" DVD comes with a copy of the original "The Massuese" on DVD.

Dasha's "The 8th Sin" DVD comes with a copy of "Seven Deadly Sins" DVD.

Sunrise Adams' "Debbie Does Dallas: East vs. West" DVD comes with a copy of "Debbie Does Dallas: The Next Generation" DVD.

Does anyone know of any others? I know a long time ago Vivid DVDs came with a bonus movie on a seperate disc but I'm talking recently (within the past couple of years).

Thanks,

Brian

Many of the 4hrs-comps contain a bonus DVD.

I would gladly trade Vivid's bonus discs in if they would do the following:

1 - Use quality film stock

2 - Discontinue locked-in previews that you have to fast-forward through instead of using the menu.

3 - Release the original versions of movies instead of hacked up rereleases, so they can include so called "Hours of bonus material"

4 - Stop releasing umpteen versions of compilations with the same scenes. How many comps do they need for Christy Canyon, Jenna Jameson, Asia Carrera, etc?

All well known problems.

But what have they to do with the question of the thread?

I guess you are right Juha, but I was just trying to show that Vivid inclusion of bonus discs gives the false impression that they actually give anything back to their consumers. I know all companies are businesses, but to me Vivid barely even attempts to pretend it cares about the customer.

Totally agree with you.
Hopefully the competition (Wicked, DP) will force Vivid to change their habits.
