I'm looking for scenes from the late 80's and early 90's with girls wearing white cotton socks with Keds. Anyone know of any or can suggest places to look for DVDs or certain producers who might had scenes with this?

I share the same fetish, mainly a sneaker fetish but it is hard to find this material.
Tami Monroe is in actual white keds and white socks with Tom Byron in Coming of Age (1989)
Check out this title, it is Renee Summers paired with Tom Byron in Loose Times At Ridley High (1984) aka Little Girls Blue 3
Brandy Starz is in an excellent, long scene on this title: Itty Bitty Titty Chearleaders 2 (2002) Not exactly as dated as you wish but the scene is worthwhile.
Jessi Summers and Jenna Presley in two, separate scenes that are good: School Bus Girls 5 (2005)
Again, not dated but decent. No socks in either scene.
Also check out these titles:

Little Girls Blue 2
The sneakers are Keds knockoffs except for the Tami Monroe title.
There are others but these are ones that came to mind, I'd have to check my archives for more.

I can list some pretty good scenes with keds but I can't find the time period you request, late 80s/early 90s. If you want me to list some I can dig them up but they are more recent releases. Just post back here.
About the leather slip on loafer shoes, I have one scene but it is sockless with Michelle Maylene.
