So I talked to Quasar (the director that films everything for 3rd degree and Zero Tolerance) and he said that since it WAS shot in 4k, that's considered Ultra High Definition. So yes it is in HD! :) Ultra HD! I learned something new today!

^ Fred Norris probably meant that he cannot download it at HD or UHD, the DVD has only SD (Standard Definition)... At least that's how I interpret it.
Because on http://www.ztod.com/?lid=1&tid=2 the movie is not yet listed.

I filmed it for Third Degree Films, ZT's partner, so if it was going to be anywhere it would go up on their site, but on my profile on their site, it says "coming soon". As for now, I think the only way to get it would be to order the DVD or check it out on adultdvdempire.com
