I read about it this morning and it is strange. On one hand, there is nothing wrong with her travelling and exploring wherever she likes to, but on the other hand, given the very recent hostile actions between USA and IRGC proxies in that region, it's not the safest time and place to be travelling to as an American, unless she was guaranteed her safety by the ruling theoretic government there, whish means she has become part of their propaganda. You are right, for better or worse, she got her name out there, and a lot more people know of her now than before. I'm sure that's spiked interest in her, as a performer. I'm glad she got out of there safely, though come to think of it, her whole visit there was most likely arranged with Iranian officials. The fact that she has a pro-Palestine stance, most likely played in her favor.
