Like you, I strongly prefer natural breasts over those which have undergone artificial augmentation. From the tiny/nearly nonexistent boobies like Madi Collins is blessed with all the way up to the luscious Natasha Nice, I like them all, so long as they're real. Disclaimer: many women I know in my personal life have received implants or otherwise have scars from surgical procedures, but they ALL were medically necessary i.e. fibroid issues, cancerous tissue etc. Obviously I support anyone who has recovered from such and have no problems with their restorative work. -PS [Link]

Pornstars with fake breasts are just as attractive as ones with natural breasts imo. It's just that natural breasts, no matter how small, are a bit more honest. If it's the decision of the women themselves, it's completely okay. However, if it's the porn companies that are pressuring pornstars to get breast implants for them to get noticed more, then that's very unfortunate. [Link]
