Combine that with her typical wildcat DP in the movie and you've got cream, not milk. Lauren Phoenix has a really sultry voice too.
Roxy Jezel has a nice accent when she says she is from East London in Rocco Ravishes Ibiza 2,,,however being from England myself an English accent imo is hard to like unless it's an upper class accent,,,Liz Hurley type.
I was born in England so any English accent has a sort of 'reminds me of home' feel to it. Our family left just as I was getting old enough to notice girls, and some of my older sister's friends were really noticeable, so I guess an English accent reminds me of that feeling of discovering sex too.

I lived a few miles from Epsom as a kid. It's true that this is the stockbroker belt, meaning that most families are upper middle class or aspiring to be. At least in the 70s and 80s a lot of fathers commuted to London for professional careers like stockbroker, accountant, lawyer, finance, publishing, TV execs, advertising and so on. However, there are also plenty of council housing estates throughout the area.
