It´s Karen Lancaume on the second pic, in Baise-Moi these girls are credited as "Karen Bach" and "Coralie Trinh Thi". Karen´s career is pretty much a photo-copy of Coralie´s: few appearances in Private, two Anabolic and a bunch in French (mainly VMD) flicks.

Coralie in R-rated? If you mean soft-porn, there´s one Kris Kramski movie which name escapes me, but other than that propably not. And frankly, I just can´t think a chain-smokin, HC feminist heavy-metal chick appearing in movies that a lot of people, especially women find morally questionable.

Baise-Moi doesn´t really fit well in any existing genre. It´s sort of "art-house violence", but with a lot of non-simulated intercourse which is shot like porn: close-ups etc. But it´s certainly not porn, some of the sex scenes are forced and repulsive.

Film classifiers around the world have had trouble rating this film: rating system had to be re-done in France, the film is banned in Australia, as in most parts of Canada and in UK and Spain it took more than half a year to figure out how to rate and what to cut off. According to IMDB it´s X-rated in the US but there´s also a R-rated cut version. Some further info is found in AINews and British classifiers´ press release.

P.S Karen´s picture is taken out of context, and it isn´t really a "big gun" she´s holding but somethig the Danes call "ass stuffer"

I dunno why I put a smiley after saying that the gun is stuck to someones arse. The movie shows a lot of shagging by detail but in many of these scenes a partner is taken against her/his will. And when guns are involved, it´s always sexual violence.
