Saw the "I am Katrina" movie recently, and I must say it's the best piece I've seen in a long time. And I'm not talking about the sex.
I usually really dig deep into the bonus materials found on DVD (and nowadays Blu-ray), where you can waste hours upon hours on behind the scenes material and making-ofs etc. And I'm not talking about the usually 5 minute embarrassing fluff piece put on when nothing else is available, but the major ones found on the likes of Blade Runner, Alien, Gladiator, Lord of the Rings etc.
I had the same feeling when I watched that movie. I must admit I skipped most of the sex parts to get to the next part, though (I mean, it's 4 hours)...
That's how showcases should properly be done. The only thing I would add is an overall narrative arc where e.g. the producer of this movie in a meeting decides to make the showcase, gets the various directors on board and approaches the girl.
On a side note: John Stagliano fortunately pronounces his surname the italian way (the 'g' is almost silent, it only slightly alters the sound of the 'l' following it), and not the americanized (that simply curls my toes every time I hear it).

^ I thought it would be this way. I saw that trailer and had the same feeling I did when I saw the trailer for 'Fashionistas'. It blew me away! Katrina Jade totally appears to be the type of star in the same vein as Ava Devine and Angela White. A complete sexual being who completely and utterly searching for the next orgasm that will not only rock her world, but make the viewer feel it too. I've seen the same thing from women like Carenna Collins and Proxy Paige too!
