Rocco isn't current(he retired). But I think those are the main ones pretty much.
And let me just say that without those guys there would be almost no f on m rimming. They're the ones who initiate it in their scenes. Not the girls, not the directors(if anything they probably edit it out at times). Without the male performer wanting it done this niche would be non existent.
