I used to think that way...that they discuss everything before the scene and the girl charge extra for everything - deepthroat, rimming, facial etc.. but now I feel like porn actors, both male and female, don't usually talk about each and every thing they will do in a scene. I know this post is six years old but based on this comment I watched this scene. I have it in my collection but don't recall watching it before. Mandy gives a super-enthusiastic rimjob here.
