Thanks for the info Aces&Jacks. That does indeed seem to be the same girl . . . and it looks like the same scene/location, but in a quick scan of this scene, I don't find that particular titfucking segment. Is it perhaps contained in some of the extra footage that's on the DVD? I have the VHS of this title, so maybe that's why it didn't ring a bell.
