I'm relatively certain it says "Vivid Entertainment LLC" on the second line, but I can't make out her name, other than thinking that it might start with a C or an A and that her last name is quite a bit longer than her first. No big help I know. Morbidthoughts caught on picture of her as well here, but it's not labeled and the name tag isn't visible either. I hope someone has some info on her.
