First post or not, you will have to remove that image. Had you paid attention to the image policy you would know your images violate the rules laid out there.
Post images that comply with the image policy.

OK, you're going to have to stop wasting time. Read the image policy properly this time. That image may still not be used on this site's image host. There is no loophole for you to exploit. If the image is not permitted in the first place, cropping or censoring it will not magically make it OK.
Either use images that comply with the policy or use an external image host for those that do not.
