It's NOT Lacey DuValle (and I am 100% positive about this). Unfortunately, I was not able to make the glare on the DVD clear-up enough to make out the title (which I've got to believe is the girl on the cover). Nor, was I able to read her name badge :( My first impression is that it is not Promise either.
