There's no picture in your original post. The site you linked to has dozens of pictures on it. What picture are you asking about? If it doesn't meet the image requirements here, why not upload it to imagevenue (or a similar site) and link to it from here?

no idea what iam doing wrong, the preview of the pic shows up but when i post it the pic don't show up.....sry folks. tookie and bigboy seen the pic when i frst posted it so i nver imagined it lol

^To post a pic, when you're typing the post you have to go down to the button underneath where the text is that says "upload image". Click on it. Then find the pic on your hard drive and select it. Click "upload". Then it will give you a line of text, that's a square bracket, then "img=", then a bunch of letters and numbers and then another square bracket. You have to copy that whole line of text, including the square brackets, and paste it back in the box where you type your text.
Then click on the "preview" button (underneath the text box again) to see if it worked. If so, click "post new reply" and you should be good to go. Make sure it doesn't violate the image policy though!
If it still doesn't work, ask again and we'll see if we can figure out where you're going wrong.
[edit: oh, and tookie and bigboy didn't see the pic. They were kidding.]

I'm not sure if it was a glitch in the system or not, but another thing that could be the problem is that the file size of the pic is too large.
I've had that problem in the past a few times and had to change the pic to JPEG from Bitmap and also reduce the overall size.

^Yes! That's true. Always use Paint (or whatever other program you use) to change the pic to JPEG format.
[edit: and shrink the pic's dimensions so that it's no more than 600px wide]
