By this, I intend to make clear what my husband is really looking for, when he makes me post his questions here. Mario Salieri (director) has made a quite a lot of excellent and outstanding porn movies which, if you leave aside the porn, are still fascinating. Good actors and actresses, realistic stories in realistic surroundings. Seem to be quite expensively made films. I wonder if anybody else knows him, and what he thinks about his films. Especially some of his older movies, mid-late 80s, arent so good. There is too much macho talk, in my opinion. ( Well, its italian....) But what we - my husband and I like about Salieri-Films and some other Italian productions, and what we miss in most porns, is, that there is a real story and not only disguised people having sex in front of a camera. The possible down sides are that the sex is generally short, the characters portrayed are often unpleasant, and the 'morality play' usually ends badly for the protagonists. That's not always the case, but enough so that I don't think anybody associates Salieri with happy films. Still, some of the sex is undoubtedly hot, and his cinematography is better than average. PS - Be careful of the new stuff as I understand it can be a mash-up of older material. [Link] |

Unless you are referring to his most recent stuff which are series that focus entirely on fat old men with young girls. I also really wish someone would please bring Mario's flavour to today's porn.
