Yes, some do. Many women like anal sex in general. If you have your asshole worked over for a while eventually it can handle more girth. Sure performers do it for money, and many dont do it in their personal lives. But some do in their personal lives and have gone on record as saying so.
I recently got my girlfriend her first double anal and she loved it. Obviously we don't hammer her like a porn movie, its nice and slow and smooth with lots of lube, but it can work for some people. Porn double anals are had work and rigorous; not ideal. But if done with care, it can work. I have learned that.
