Sorry, I don't know who they are but the two guys are Nick Lang and Andrew Youngman and I estimate the scene was shot around 1997/1998. Maybe by Private. So if nobody knows maybe this narrows the search a bit.

I couldn't recognize Vanda because of the dick in her face. Maybe it from this movie? And the other girl is called Melory (if cast list is complete)

edited: I checked the screenshots and I'm quite sure I'm right. Complain to Private that Melory's page has -as so many other- no picture...
