For pleasure sex, of course experienced girls rule. For a wife, there is a school of thought that young women are like blank canvas on which her husband should drop the 1st color. I see a point in this not only for husband's sake but for the sake of the wife. But then again it is but one school of thought.
As to 72 virgins thing we associate in Islamic context, it is nothing but a propaganda minded Western exaggeration.

Not really sure I understand the question. If I meet a girl I like, it doesnt matter how inexperienced she is. If I would go out hunting for sex late at night at a nightclub, which I don't do, I might be looking for "sex". Experience would be more likely to count in that case.
