I would have to agree with HeyClammy on Marilyn Chambers probably being the first, but closely followed by Stacey Donovan, Amber Lynn and the best of all for me Barbara Dare. Hard to pinpoint one, but I remember some of the earliest memorable gonzo scenes I saw involved Jenna Jameson and Tera Patrick. These were back in the early 00s on slow dialup internet where I had to wait hours for a short scene in like 360p to download.
