Anyone know what happened to Addyson James today (Thurs). She announced her arrival at the NexxxtLevel booth on Twitter and her signing time of 12-2:30. My proxy got there and was told she wasn't signing.

So what do fans who have gone to the show the first or both days think of this year's convention....impressed or disappointed ?

Through the grapevine I heard a couple of things so far ~

A lot of the girls have been complaining about the severe dress code that has been imposed. This year seems to be the most strict ever.

The layout of the venue leaves more to be desired. Apparently there are rooms or sections seperated from others, making the overall fan experience extremely inconvenient for navigation.

Just heard from my proxy, who has been picking up signed things for me at AVN because I was unable to go myself. He told me about a horrible experience he had yesterday with Gizelle Blanco's boyfriend/bodyguard. All my proxy was trying to do (and very polite in doing so) was to meet Giselle and have her sign a few 8 X 10's. For whatever reason, her "bouncer" acted like a complete lunatic and shouted at my proxy (who did absolutely nothing wrong) to get the "H" out of there. I could go on but don't think I should. My proxy met with Giselle last year, and had no problems at all.

I should point out so it's clear that Giselle herself was perfectly calm, cool, and collected during this situation and in no means should be faulted or criticized in any way. She actually appeared to be surprised about the obnoxious behavior that took place.

This post also serves as a heads-up to "watch out" if you are in Giselle's line today or tomorrow. Maybe nothing will happen to you (hope not), but I felt compelled to share this with others because of my proxy's terrible experience. I certainly don't want this happening to anyone else.

I don't know who your "p;roxy" was (and I don't know if you're trying to show how important you are because you mentioned "proxy" about 10 times in that paragraph) but Gizelle's "bouncer" was Ramon Nomar.

And I should add, how do you know he was polite if you weren't there? Ramon has been a gentleman everytime I've interacted with him.

I'm not important at all. Where is that coming from (very strange statement) ? All I was trying to do was let people know what happened.....nothing more, nothing less.

The incident did, in fact, occur. You weren't there, so you didn't see it. The incident WAS witnessed by at least 15 other people who were in line at the time.

Just becuse the guy has been a gentleman everytime you've interacted with him, doesn't negate his actions. For the 5 minutes of the encounter, the guy was a complete lunatic.
