Who's signing at AVN AEE 2023?

bigjigglies Member 634 Posts 1/12	Posted - Oct 25 2022 : 12:20PM This next AEExpo will be different. New location, date changed to the busiest weekend of the year in Las Vegas (CES show is in town). Host hotel, Resorts World is sold out thru the AEE website. Most other hotels are very high due to the CES show. I have heard from a few girls that their agencies my rotate girls thru the show because of the high cost of rooms. So some girls may only be there for a day or two, then other girls will be brought in so they can use the same hotel rooms to save money. Girls that have confirmed to me in person that they will be there are: Kay Lovely, she will have her own booth Brittany Andrews will be at Elevated X East Coast Talent will have Emma Sirus, Kenzie Reeves, Maddie Collins and others to be added Vixen will have Vanna Bardot, Nicole Doshi, Vicki Chase, and others to be added Jessie Saint will be at OC Modeling Caitlin Bell will be at Motley Models Edited by - Captain Jack on Nov 28 2022 Edited by - Captain Jack on Jan 15 2023 [Link]

There are plenty of 8X10 signed photos available of current stars for under $10, some selling as cheap as $1.99. I have been behind one of these guys before (it can be frustrating) but watching it happen is interesting. Almost always, the girl tells the guy the price after he tells her how many he has. Thus, no girl is getting ripped off, she is setting the price. I have seen the guy walk away when the girl wanted to much to sign. Another one to watch out for is the old couple that waits in line to get photos with the girls. They then miraculously have signed photos available for sale all year with their photo with as a proof photo. They list so much fake stuff it is crazy. [Link]

I'm much happier just having a minute or two to catch up and then try and take some photos which I post here or Twitter. Hopefully I can get some good shots this year and also hope to shoot the AVN Awards Red Carpet again. That is grueling but fun seeing what everyone is wearing.. or not wearing!! [Link]

The greed of AVN in producing this years how has been a turn off because of the added expenses. 1) they had their own weekend and changed it to match up with CES (purely to capitalize on the Asian market that comes for that convention). Attendance for CES pushes 200,000, that is why hotels are so expensive that weekend. 2) Hotels are far to expensive (for the above reason). Even if you stay farther away, you will spend the difference either in rental car fees or Uber fees. 3) Show admission, the price increase is crazy. In the past is was $125 for an industry pass for the entire expo, that is now $350 (yes, you could have gotten it cheaper if you bought early). Daily admission has now hit $140, up form $85 in past years. 4) I spoke with Resorts World about parking a rental car. I was told it is free but they may charge $25 per day during the convention as they do with any special event at the resort. Normally I budget $5,000 for this event. With the cost of airfare, hotel, admission, other transportation it just seems to not be worth it. I hope everyone who goes enjoys the event. [Link]

In past years I had no qualms about bringing various food items that certain PS like plus treats for their animals but 1. carrying those bags 4 straight days 8 plus hours start to wear me down 2. w/the security staff the last 2 avns frowning on bringing outside food (even if it was sealed) into the convention floor plus w/the metal detectors posted in the convention enterance where you had to empty said bags. I like you, tend to just focus on talking to PS i know there plus getting a photo w/them I may try to do the food items again in January but would probably try to connect w/some of the PS beforehand and outside of the convention floor to give them said items but wont decide that until mid December [Link]

Click to expand $5000 budgeted, this include airfare, hotel, admission and what ever I buy at the show, photos, DVD's etc. meals over a 5-6 trip add up. I don't always spend it all but I had it on hand just in case. This year the airfare was about $250 higher, the hotel was nearly double and the trade pass was more than double. Girls have been charging higher prices at exxxoticas, some wanting $10-20 to sign their photos and $10-20 for photo ops. Many saying they don't want to do conventions because of what they can make on only fans. Exxxxoticas advertise 200 girls (maybe 50 are legit porn stars), AVN is advertising 500 girls. Do the math and the budget does not cover it. You can go to the show and spend less money by walking around and talking to the girls but they are there to make $$$, just talking to them and not spending anything is wasting their time. I can't be that guy! I remember the two guys who walked around with bags of items, poster, T-shirts, dvd covers, photos. They would take up girls time and never give them a penny. I saw girls ask for a tip and they would run away. [Link]

There was an old thread in the Polls section about how much people each spent at AVN, but it's gone now due to the forum cleanup. I don't think I've ever spent more than $2000 for an AVN and the high end was during those years when they were at the Sands Expo when CES was happening concurrently. The years at the Hard Rock were so much cheaper. [Link]

I meant will they continue to do as they have been doing. At the exxxotica conventions every girl at there booth has been charging $10 per signature and $10-20 for photo ops.
