Okay, it's apparently Barrett Long in an uncredited appearance. You don't see his face, but as the mystery man approaches the glory hole, you see that big meat swinging and that tatoo on his right hip. And since it's an All Worlds release, it makes sense that it's Barrett. I always thought it looked like his, but since he doesn't appear in the cast list...

(The review at GayDVDEmpire simply says "...sees a naked man walk by with a whopper!") Yeah.

Anyway, case solved.
