Well, if you are going to treat this from a completely business decision standpoint and we'll just push aside any discussion of "well they did it for their own self confidence" for now then I think it really shouldn't be a big deal. This is a business. These women are paid to be filmed having sex. The men are paid to fuck them. And the companies make all the money. However, this reality is kind of the 800lb gorilla in the room that no one wants to notice. We like to believe that a girl is in for the love of sex and is having a good time and not just after money and only money. But when they get implants, again looking at it strictly as a business decision, it is a stark reminder of the reality of what is going on....of the financial considerations a girl is interested in.
