| Something Different Member 96 Posts 1/06 | I rented a dvd from a company and it was severely scratched so that 2 entire scenes were unplayable. So I reported it as broken and explained the scratching and sent it back. However, I naively thought they would replace it and send a better copy so I kept the item in my queue list only to have them send back the same dvd. Frustrated... Anybody else feel rental companies should remove DVDs that have entire scenes unplayable. It seems to happen to me every so often. [Link] |
