Let me first say that I know nothing about filming and I don't know if this is a camera problem but I would imagine it is.
I honestly hate the redness that can be seen in many of evil angels movies, especially Manuels film, but also jay sin and maybe there's more but I can't think of it right now. I want to see the natural skin color of the performers and not that red tone. Does anyone really like this?
I also wish the evil angel movies would be clearer, they are kind off blurry.
This is a big reason why I loved redlight district because they had excellent picture. Below is picture example:
Evil Angel screencaps:

I really hope Evil Angel will make some changes.
Fixed subject line...

that could be a lot of things but the most likely culprit is using the camera in auto mode when at the very least the color balance should have been set manually
the saturations is WAY to high. id have to look at the video with a vectorscope to tell for sure but thats what it looks like
BTW you need a www. in front of those links

I don't know for sure but those first two screencaps (and Mike South is right, you need to put "www" in those links to make them work) look like they're from a Jay Sin movie, and he often plays with overexposure/changing the colouring. I've assumed that it was on purpose, to give a bit of a different effect; but it's certainly possible he just doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to balance.
Maybe Tricia could answer that for you (I'm not sure if Jay posts here).

Mike is probably right. Incorrect white balance has been a problem in gonzo porn for many years. It's not something that's entirely unavoidable and it probably shouldn't be as widespread as it is. But, that's the nature of the equipment that's being used, the people who are using it and the subject matter that's being shot. Large areas of human skin are one of the most challenging subjects for a video camera.
A camera that's just set to auto mode and left there is probably going to have big problems with the kind of stuff that's typically shot in a porn flick at least 30% of the time. I don't know that that's what they're doing but it does look that way sometimes.

Looks like lighting to me, but these do not look that bad either way (I don't like it too blue/cold nore to red/warm).

Doesn't look like an incorrect white balance to me. That usually results in either blueish or yellowish tints, not bright red like this one.
This seems to be just a matter of way too much saturation. Here is the first picture again with the saturation lowered. The colors don't look half bad, certainly not effected that much by an incorrect white balance.
But ouch, that still is one red asshole.

Yeah the quality of the picture can make or break a movie especially now with BR. That's why I can't wait to see the picture quality of the first Evil Angel BR. But Buttman movies were always top quality so I'm not worry about that.

I have really noticed this with EA titles for months now. It is a shame, I need natural flesh tones and almost all their movies now feature orange flesh tones which is much more prevalent in Jaysin's movies. That completely ruins the scene for me, but it does help my pocketbook Such a shame to see all those great scenes go to waste though. Jules Jordan Video does this as well.

even at that everything has too much red in it, manual w/b would have fixed that, your idea that it makes it blue or yellow only applies if all you do is cycle through the presets
