I am always interested in knowing where porn websites are based out of and 80% of then I find are located to companies based in the West Indies. I'm pretty sure though that the companies are fake. Do the West Indies have very lenient or no obscenity laws which is why companies fictiously headquarter themselves there?

im assuming its because the companies do it for the tax cuts..don't have to pay as much as if they were incorparated in the states...also i believe its because porn companies are shady (like most companies) like you might buy $25 of merchandise and you get charged $250 and since the company is overseas it will be easier for them to give you the run around and make it easier to steal your money since they are not US incorporated.

Also many of the islands do not have extradition treaties with the U.S. so if you do get caught they can't do anything until you leave that country. Though I imagine a few well placed bribes would do the trick.
