He's not much worse off than the average dude whereas the contrast between the girl's prettiness and the dude's repulsiveness is what could make it look dirty/wrong and thus hotter for it. I had so many ideas for cuts & dissolves at certain points for each scene/segment, but the editor we were using at the time did everything he could to chop the movie without me in the bay with him, & therefore missed ANY of my input on the post prod. of that flick..
