From forums like this, it is evident that the fans dislike breast implants. Why then do porn stars get them? (I searched the forums and could not find a post addressing this issue). Thanks for your thoughts.

There are probably many reasons. I've always felt that insecurity is one of them. Some of these girls can receive 99 positive statements from people but if they get just one negative comment that is the one that will stick in their mind. Ergo, they upsize themselves.
