So does anyone know why Vivid chose to no show the AEE on Sunday? They did this in 2006 when the last day was Sunday. If the organizers are going to schedule the last day to be Sunday, it should be said that everyone should be in attendance. Because that is a waste of $60-$80 for those who may only get to do one or two days and the Sunday is included.
With Vivid being one of the Big Players, they shouldn't shaft the fans like that. Shows arrogance in my eyes. Unless some say that is the chance the fans take attending. Like everything in Vegas, gambling your money hoping to get something in return.
Although I am sure many will say this is NOT a fans show, that it is a Trade Show and so fan hours are just a nice gesture?
Would be interesting to hear some people's thoughts

No I think they should have had some sort of presence there or let it be known well before the show date that there would be no girls at the booth on Sunday. Whether or not it's a fan or trade show both sets of participants might've enjoyed a chance to visit or take pictures of the girls Vivid had at their booth.

I'm just glad I met all 6 Saturday and didn't wait until Sunday to meet them like I did with Wicked. I figured Sunday would not be as busy and so lining up for Wicked would be better then. They had all 6 of thier girls there plus Brad Armstrong and Randy Spears there.
Doesn't look good on Vivid for doing that. Gives me the impression they could care less.

I'm not sure that Vivid "planned" on not staying through Sunday. But, on Saturday night Vivid only won two "major" awards (for "Cry Wolf") at the AVNs, and may have been pissed. And since they're a big company, I doubt that the AEE promoters will publicly diss them.
None of this is unheard of, even in the mainstream entertainment business. I've seen companies pull out of the Cannes Film Festival because their big movie didn't win the "Golden Palm". Corporate "ego" is a major factor in trade shows.

For as long as I remember Vivid has always gone missing on AVN Sundays (when there were Sundays).
